The Spa at Loretto to Feature Autumn Wellness Lecture Series with Ron Helman

This fall The Spa at Loretto will feature a series of workshops designed to expand participant's horizons and connect with life's true desires.

Santa Fe, NM - September 22, 2008 - This fall The Spa at Loretto will feature a series of workshops designed to expand participant's horizons and connect with life's true desires. The Autumn Wellness Series begins Nov. 1 and features renowned artist, performer and life coach Ron Helman.

Helman, a resident of Galisteo, is a professional jazz trumpet player and master of the art of personal and professional transformation. His rich and diverse journey through life includes studying with musical greats Carmine Caruso, Gerard Schwartz and Mark Gould. His background in gymnastics allowed him to redirect his artistic talents and go on to teach movement arts at various elite schools in New York, including Julliard, where he taught acrobatic dance movement for seven years. Helman discovered and fell in love with the beauty of Santa Fe while taking a break from the pressures of two successful companies. He now calls the area his home and operates a successful life coaching practice, leads an award-winning jazz ensemble and has a coaching position with the Santa Fe Opera.

"Because of his life experience as an artist, Ron brings a unique creative aspect to his work as a life coach," said Santa Fe artist Pam Platt. "I have gained from his fresh perspectives and additional clarity on my personal and career goals. He has helped me transition into and actualize my dreams. Ron is a life coach of self-empowerment and possibility."

The first lecture is titled "Extreme Self Care", followed by "Things People Want Most/How to Have a Perfect Life" on Nov. 8 and "The Zen of Attraction/The Zen of Perfection" on Nov. 15. Each gathering begins at 4 p.m. and reservations must be made for this complimentary program.
