Pastry Chef Megan Tucker Brings Sweet Experience to Luminaria at Inn and Spa at Loretto Culinary Team
Executive Chef Brian Cooper of the new Luminaria Restaurant at Inn and Spa at Loretto announced that Megan Tucker joined his culinary team as pastry chef.
Santa Fe, NM - September 19, 2008 - Executive Chef Brian Cooper of the new Luminaria Restaurant at Inn and Spa at Loretto recently announced that Megan Tucker joined his culinary team as pastry chef. Chef Tucker most recently joins the Luminaria team from Amavi Restaurant and Santacafe.
For guests of Luminaria, Chef Tucker will create signature desserts such as Mexican chocolate the fondue comes with house made marshmallows and graham crackers, local crabapples and strawberries. The newly designed Luminaria restaurant opened its doors this summer and features a menu of contemporary American selections accented with bold Southwest flavors.
A native of Pennsylvania, Chef Tucker was consistently at the top of her class at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., which she attended after graduating from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Her past culinary experience includes working at Timberlock Inc. in Indian Lake, N.Y., Colonial Farms Inc, in Washington Crossing, Penn. and the Inn of the Anasazi in Santa Fe.
The 134-room Inn and Spa at Loretto is a boutique hotel in the heart of Santa Fe.
