Outstanding Service - we will certainly be returning!

I write you today to praise the outstanding service we received from your team last week. My wife Marion and I just visited Santa Fe for the first time...staying at your beautiful property from 6/2 through 6/6. We absolutely loved Santa Fe and especially the fabulous Inn and Spa at Loretto. Our experience at your resort was so thoroughly enjoyable in large part because of the highly personalized service we received from Lisa McCabe, Erica Cooper and the gifted Chef Brian. We have had the good fortune to travel extensively the past 25 years and have stayed at some of the finest hotels in the world.

Throughout our global travels, I have rarely encountered such warm and gracious hospitality as was extended by your team. Our trip got off on the right foot when I first called your property weeks ago and had the good fortune of reaching Lisa McCabe. Lisa treated me like an old friend...cheerfully answering my many questions and enthusiastically counseling me regarding potential dining choices, daily activities and transportation options. In one brief call, Lisa transformed me from someone shopping for a hotel room into a promoter for the Inn and Spa at Loretto. Lisa's conscientiousness, attitude and professionalism make her a powerful ambassador for your property.

The pursuit of good food is always an integral part of our vacations. We enjoyed the culinary scene around Santa Fe and particularly the creative and delicious offerings at Luminaria. Chef Brian and Erica Cooper made us feel like guests in their home with many special touches ranging from rose petals on the table to that outrageous tortilla soup...everything was perfect! Brian's food was phenomenal and totally in harmony with the natural beauty of the outside dining area. And I would be remiss if I didn't give special mention to the incredibly friendly and attentive Tim, Brandon and Melissa. Today we all work in a tough business environment where there is no shortage of hollow rhetoric about excellent customer service, so it is truly refreshing to experience the real thing. Congratulations on assembling such a strong team that obviously takes personal responsibility for delighting guests. Please recognize the exemplary skills of Lisa, Erica and Brian...because of them, we will certainly be returning to the Inn and Spa at Loretto. Thanks again.
