Cocktail Recipe: Sage Brush

Our amazing bartender, Sergio Perez, creates mouthwatering cocktails in the Living Room at the Inn and Spa at Loretto in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We are thrilled with the many compliments that have been received lately regarding our Signature Sage Brush Cocktail.  We’ve decided to share the recipe with you.

Sage Brush Signature Cocktail

2 oz of organic vodka (We use Prairie Organic Vodka, it is made in Minnesota.)
5 oz lime juice
½ oz simple syrup
6 to 8 sage leaves ice

Add sage leaves and simple syrup in shaker and muddle until leaves turn darker in color.  Add ice, vodka, and lime juice.  Shake well and pour into a glass of your choice.  Garnish with lime.  So fresh!

Don’t forget:

The Living Room hosts Happy Hour and a Half from 5:00 to 6:30 and a Reverse Happy Hour from 10:00 to 12:00, nightly.  In addition, Matthew Andrae performs every Friday and Saturday from 8:00 to 11:00.  Please stop by and enjoy the comfort of our Living Room.
